A nutrition and Health Coach. When it comes to our health, I believe it’s important to look at our overall lifestyle habits. I would like to empower you to make better lifestyle choices that promotes health and wellbeing.

I specialise in a wholefood plant-based lifestyle that maximizes the consumption of nutrient dense food and minimises processed foods, oils and foods from animal sources. I also promote a lifestyle that encourages the body to detox, through healthy eating, exercise and mindfulness that is easy to incorporate into your life. I have developed a simple step by step program that anyone can follow to enhance your health, boost energy levels, and help prevent chronic disease.

WHAT IS A WHOLE-FOOD,

PLANT-BASED DIET?

One of the healthiest things you can do for your body, and the environment is to eat a Whole Food Plant-Based diet. The main principle of this diet is focused on the potential to maximise your consumption of nutrient dense, fibre rich whole foods and to minimise foods from animal sources, processed foods, refined sugars, oils and bleached flours.
A Whole Food Plant-Based lifestyle is based on real foods that are close to nature. It encourages the consumption of organically grown raw and cooked vegetables, fruit, beans, peas, lentils, seeds, and nuts.
There is plenty of scientific evidence showing that moving to a WFPB diet can improve our health, boost energy levels, and prevent chronic diseases much more.
