I deliver various types of talks, and food demonstrations in community groups, clubs, and as part of holistic retreats. My talks are all delivered in a practical, fun, interactive manner, and range from 1-3 hours. The main topics I cover include:

  • My journey to health.
  • What is a “ Whole Food Plant-based lifestyle” and how to do it.
  • Why our lifestyle matters and how it influences our genes.
  • How healthy living improves our hormones.
  • My top tips for a healthy lifestyle.
  • Why it’s important to cutting down on refined sugar.
  • How changing our lifestyle improves our energy & mood.
  • How to lose weight – it’s a lifestyle change not a diet.

Whole Food Plant-based Food Workshops & Retreats

I run Whole Food Plant-based workshops that are interactive and fun. During our time together I will talk about the nutritious benefits of each ingredient. I will also show you how easy it is to substitute healthy ingredients for the processed foods. As much as possible the ingredients will be organic, gluten and sugar free. After preparing and cooking our food we can sit together and enjoy the dishes.
On our retreat days, in addition to the learning modules, we will allocate time for participation in Yoga, Chi gong, or some other health and wellness modality.
Food preparations and demonstrations may include any of the following:

  • Introduction to Whole food plant-based ingredients
  • Juicing
  • Smoothies
  • Making plant-based milks
  • High protein salads
  • Making sugar free granolas, sweet treats
  • Plant-based protein dishes – falafels, nut burgers, curries etc
  • Fermenting Foods
  • Sprouting
  • And much more….

As a Nutrition and Health Coach, my approach is about encouraging positive changes to your diet and lifestyle that will nourish your body and mind.
We will identify your current health challenges and discuss your motivations for making the changes, that you need to look and feel better. We will work together on your health goals, I will make recommendations that are specifically tailored to you, taking into account your likes/dislikes, and
lifestyle. Simple and long-lasting changes that eventually will become part of your new daily routine.
I will show you the importance of Whole Food Plant-based living as a lifestyle approach and not just a diet. You will learn what foods you can include into your daily meals that will help you to reduce inflammation, lose weight, and
give you more energy.

Consultation details
Initial Consultation of 1.5 hours
Follow Up Consultation (45 minutes)
The Initial Consultation includes the following elements:

  • Complete a health questionnaire before the initial consultation which
    includes a 7 day food diary.
  • A personalised nutrition plan and lifestyle advice, focused on your health
  • Supplement suggestions.
  • Food Diary Review.
  • Meal plan and recipes for on-going support.
  • Follow up consultation of 45 minutes.
