Ingredients
85g Walnuts
85g Pumpkin seeds
85g Sunflower seeds
50g Chia Seeds
200g Medjool dates, pitted
Juice of 1 ½ large oranges
1 Tsp vanilla essence
2 Tbsp raw cacao powder
Shredded coconut for rolling
Method
- In a food processor, process all the ingredients, except the shredded coconut until the mixture is blended to a sticky paste.
- Scoop out around 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into bite-size balls or your desired size.
- Roll the balls in the shredded coconuts
- The mixture makes around 24 balls
- Place the balls on a baking sheet, repeat until all the mixture is used, and refrigerate until firm
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
